One of the main objectives of WOIS is the scouting for people with disabilities children and disadvantaged youth to support their education and help them to define themselves as scouts and good people.
None of us came into the world as a Scout since his birth; We have not determined our physical and social conditions. Scouting is a learning lifestyle and can be applied to all ages, at all levels of intelligence and to every sociocultural environment. Scouting is a movement in action that can be done in all stages of life. WOIS is full of enough experiences for everyone. While we know how to do it.
